Returns and Exchanges
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return subject to the terms below.
1. Return Period
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the shipment date.
Items returned after 30 days may not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must not show signs of soil contact, cutting, assembly, installation, or wear.
All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and components must be included.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
For safety and hygiene reasons, tools that have been used outdoors or show operational wear are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to inspect returned items and determine eligibility at our sole discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return unless defective upon arrival:
Used hand tools
Assembled or installed equipment
Opened or activated electric/battery-powered tools
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Failure to notify within 7 days may result in denial of the claim.
5. Domestic Returns
For eligible domestic returns:
A prepaid return label may be provided through our official return process.
Items must be securely packaged to prevent transit damage.
Returns must be dropped off at an authorized carrier location as instructed.
Unauthorized return shipments may not be accepted.
6. International Orders
We proudly ship internationally.
For international returns:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for complying with local agricultural import regulations.
We are not liable for returns delayed or rejected due to customs or plant quarantine restrictions.
Refunds for eligible international returns cover merchandise value only.
7. Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your return:
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Transit time may take 5–15 business days, depending on location.
Banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
8. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from the refund.
